Erotic Monopoly - Overview
This is an erotic adaptation of Monopoly that allows you to buy happiness in the form of foreplay activities. Rather than renting houses, you build pleasure parlors and sell your special services.
Objective
Your objective is to build as many pleasure parlors as possible while providing top notch service for your special customer. Once you have monopolized the pleasure business, you will be able to afford to buy ultimate happiness in the form of a special fantasy with your lover. Foreplay activities are performed when a player lands on your properties and pays the appropriate fee. As the monetary stakes increase, so does the intensity of foreplay. You win when your lover has no money to pay for love and must sell themselves to you.
Play
Use a regular Monopoly game. Rather than being a land baron, you are playing to become the ultimate pleasure broker. Foreplay activities performed correspond to the quality of the property/district and the number of improvements (pleasure parlors) built. Consider each side of the board to be a pleasure district. For each district, each improvement will increase the level of foreplay performed when a player lands on the property. Use the online template to define four sets of five foreplay activities each with increasing intensity corresponding to successive improvements (1-4 parlors, brothel/hotel). Use the standard monopoly rules with the following additions:
- When a male lands on Chance or a woman lands on Community Chest, they play the card as normal but also roll the dice. If they roll a double, they must remove an article of clothing.
- When you have improvements on your property, you receive a fee in exchange for performing a pleasurable activity for the player who landed on it. The activity performed corresponds to the district and the level of improvements made on the property. Services are performed immediately after payment.
- If you have 2 of 3 properties in a set, you have the option to buy the third if another player lands on it first. But, to exercise this option, you must have and then remove an article of clothing.
When a player spends all their money on pleasure, they eventually need to return the favor. The player with the largest wealth (either after a set time limit or by bankrupting the other player), wins the game. They then use this wealth to purchase their own pleasure from their lover.

Money and Sex are the only means to score in this game. As each property is improved with pleasure parlors (houses) and ultimately a brothel (hotel), the service fee and corresponding sex activity increases in value. Each side of the board is considered to be a pleasure district of increasing quality/price. The activity template indicates the service to be performed while the property card itself indicates the actual fee. Note that in this game, one player receives money while the other receives sexual pleasure.
Variations
Here is a list of variations you can apply to enhance this foreplay game:
- Use the regular Chance cards but also roll a set of foreplay dice to select a foreplay activity. Include at least one option to remove an article of clothing.
- Use the regular Community Chest cards but also pick from a deck of cards to select a foreplay activity (assign an activity to each card Ace through King).
- When a player lands on their own improved property, they receive the corresponding foreplay activity from their lover with no monetary transaction (i.e. free sex) - ownership has its privileges.
